John Cockerell

John Cockerell
John is a management professional having a long history of experience on large rotating and reciprocating machinery with Original Equipment Manufacturers which has given him the opportunities to gain valuable experience in the factory build, testing, site installation, commissioning and maintenance of Gas Turbines, Diesel Engines and Generators.
John’s main industry of experience has been in Power Generation and Marine Propulsion where he has been involved as a Construction Manager and Service Manager on major projects across a wide variety of Commercial, Manufacturing and Heavy Industries, Government and Utilities.
John’s experience in project and construction management, combined with his team leadership experience gives him the advantage of being able to think outside the square, arriving at solutions that are simple and practical.
John continues to complement his extensive experience with ongoing training in gas turbine engineering related fields. John’s all round experience is a valuable addition to any project.

Vijoy Jha

Vijoy Jha
Vijoy is a highly qualified management professional with over 19 years’ experience in project development, engineering, design, construction and project management across a range of Hydrocarbon, Minerals & Metals including contracts management in Australia and SE Asia. Vijoy has always aligned with the market trend while keeping value and professional integrity beyond comparison.
Vijoy has experience of working in Australia and Asia and has represented large Australian engineering and construction Companies while delivering high value projects. He has been instrumental in setting up complementary joint ventures while managing client interface and at times developing businesses for Australian companies in SE Asia.
Vijoy has successfully delivered projects worth over $6.0 billion dollars across various sectors including, rural and urban roads, rail/ road bridges, tunnelling, drainage networks and associated infrastructure in greenfield and brownfield projects. Most of these projects required managing not only engineering challenges but also achieving outcomes on time and within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.
Vijoy has not only worked on plant related infrastructure but also delivered logistics solutions to a range of clients in Australia delivering significant cost savings therefore requiring innovative and collaborative solutions which helped deliver such projects e.g. Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Rail Yard Upgrade and communication backbone improvement for signalling. Vijoy also developed a range of storage and distribution facilities such as a 10 million litre fuel storage for Brockman 40MW captive duel fuel Power Plant including future gas pipeline supply.
Vijoy has also been involved in various renewable energy projects as part of the promoters’ teams for 50MW solar power plant and 20MW waste to energy power plant in Perth, Western Australia.
Vijoy has also held senior management position within local government of Western Australia and has managed or represented City Councils on various Policy initiatives and/or as a part of Stakeholders’ Board reviewing various projects e.g. Kwinana Freeway Bridge Duplication and Swan River Trust.

Trevor Starcevich

Trevor Starcevich
Trevor is an experienced commercial consultant advising large organisations on project delivery, procurement management and strategies, risk identification and mitigation, process re-engineering, organisation change management, team building and performance management.
Trevor has worked in the Engineering Communications and Construction Industry for over thirty five years as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, as well as a Commercial and General Manager. Trevor has an impressive record of delivering commercially and geographically challenging business-critical projects across Australia for private and public sector companies, with a reputation for exceeding client expectations.
Trevor’s extensive project delivery experience spans the full gamut of the communications spectrum ranging from optic fibre and transmission systems, mobile base stations, submarine cables and landing facilities, broadband networks, and buildings, including engineering services (HVAC, VESDA, AC / DC, UPS, emergency power plant).
Possessing formal qualifications in project management, electronic engineering and construction management, coupled with a long and deep experience in project management and contract law, positions Trevor to move across an array of engineering projects with ease.
Delivering standalone design and construct projects as well as high volume programs of work requires sustainable interpersonal and team building skills, attributes Trevor has built up over many years of hands-on experience directing, guiding and managing staff and consultants across many levels, disciplines and diversities. The use of Instinctive Drive (IDTM) and Lominger competency techniques gives Trevor the ‘edge’ to bring the best out of human capital by using the power of influence, negotiation, mentoring, and performance and development management.
Trevor was a key foundation member that established and managed Telstra’s commercial contracting arm (Contract Management Unit) from its formation in 1996 through to 2012. Trevor is recognised in the Australian telecommunications industry as a leader who possesses a deep and diverse knowledge of the industry and having the drive and experience to build strong high-performing loyal teams.
After working for Telstra and Lend Lease, since April 2013 Trevor has been working in the power industry as a key team member in the delivery of Horizon Power’s South Hedland 150MW power station.

Harsh Grover

Harsh Grover
Harsh is a management professional with experience and expertise in strategic planning, business development, project planning, project execution, training, coaching and mentoring.
Harsh has significant experience in planning and delivery of major projects in the electricity industry, having been involved in a number of power generation, transmission and distribution projects in Australia. Harsh has been involved in a number of renewable energy proposals and has a deep understanding of the issues related to the uptake of renewable energy in Western Australia.
Harsh established Grover Projects in 2002 as an independent strategy, management consulting and project management firm specialising in developing innovative strategies for the successful delivery of major projects across a range of industries. Harsh leads the Grover Projects team with a solid grounding in innovative thinking, team dynamics and resource optimisation.
Harsh is recognised as a source of expert advice on major electricity projects in regional Western Australia. His strategic thinking ability and understanding of operational needs has provided significant value to clients in developing the “right project”. Clients have benefitted from his strong project and contract management experience, excellent leadership and stakeholder management and communication skills and his “can do” approach in implementing strategic programs and projects.
Harsh has worked at the Board/Committee levels of professional associations, including as Chairman of the WA Branch of the Institute of Marine Engineering Science and Technology and as Vice President of the Project Management Institute WA Chapter. Harsh brings a pragmatic approach to delivering on the strategic objectives of organisations without compromising on governance and fiduciary obligations of the Board.

Norman Dalley

Norman Dalley
Norman is a business strategy management specialist with strong focus on capital projects planning and implementation. Norman has significant experience in the Australasian region on projects in the civil construction, electricity, telecommunications and offshore industries.
Norman has more than 30 years’ experience in the telecommunications, marine and electricity industries, for the most part oriented around infrastructure planning design construction and project implementation. This includes numerous projects involved with submarine cable installation and maintenance, for the telecommunications, power and the oil and gas industries.
Norman has special expertise in Terrestrial and Submarine Cable systems for the telecommunications industry worldwide. Norman has developed and/or delivered Cable System Feasibility Studies, Cable Route Assessments through delivering Desktop Studies and Marine Surveys and Business Case Submissions for stakeholders and shareholders.
Norman has a strong project management skill set that has been used and proven in many environments. Norman has an exceptional ability to understand requirements for protocols within various organisational and global cultures, and team environments, allowing him to successfully lead major change initiatives, business development, capital projects and manage services operations.
