Trevor is an experienced commercial consultant advising large organisations on project delivery, procurement management and strategies, risk identification and mitigation, process re-engineering, organisation change management, team building and performance management.

Trevor has worked in the Engineering Communications and Construction Industry for over thirty five years as a Project Manager, Operations Manager, as well as a Commercial and General Manager. Trevor has an impressive record of delivering commercially and geographically challenging business-critical projects across Australia for private and public sector companies, with a reputation for exceeding client expectations.
Trevor’s extensive project delivery experience spans the full gamut of the communications spectrum ranging from optic fibre and transmission systems, mobile base stations, submarine cables and landing facilities, broadband networks, and buildings, including engineering services (HVAC, VESDA, AC / DC, UPS, emergency power plant).

Possessing formal qualifications in project management, electronic engineering and construction management, coupled with a long and deep experience in project management and contract law, positions Trevor to move across an array of engineering projects with ease.

Delivering standalone design and construct projects as well as high volume programs of work requires sustainable interpersonal and team building skills, attributes Trevor has built up over many years of hands-on experience directing, guiding and managing staff and consultants across many levels, disciplines and diversities. The use of Instinctive Drive (IDTM) and Lominger competency techniques gives Trevor the ‘edge’ to bring the best out of human capital by using the power of influence, negotiation, mentoring, and performance and development management.

Trevor was a key foundation member that established and managed Telstra’s commercial contracting arm (Contract Management Unit) from its formation in 1996 through to 2012. Trevor is recognised in the Australian telecommunications industry as a leader who possesses a deep and diverse knowledge of the industry and having the drive and experience to build strong high-performing loyal teams.

After working for Telstra and Lend Lease, since April 2013 Trevor has been working in the power industry as a key team member in the delivery of Horizon Power’s South Hedland 150MW power station.
