Vijoy is a highly qualified management professional with over 19 years’ experience in project development, engineering, design, construction and project management across a range of Hydrocarbon, Minerals & Metals including contracts management in Australia and SE Asia. Vijoy has always aligned with the market trend while keeping value and professional integrity beyond comparison.

Vijoy has experience of working in Australia and Asia and has represented large Australian engineering and construction Companies while delivering high value projects.  He has been instrumental in setting up complementary joint ventures while managing client interface and at times developing businesses for Australian companies in SE Asia.

Vijoy has successfully delivered projects worth over $6.0 billion dollars across various sectors including, rural and urban roads, rail/ road bridges, tunnelling, drainage networks and associated infrastructure in greenfield and brownfield projects.  Most of these projects required managing not only engineering challenges but also achieving outcomes on time and within budget while meeting stakeholder expectations.

Vijoy has not only worked on plant related infrastructure but also delivered logistics solutions to a range of clients in Australia delivering significant cost savings therefore requiring innovative and collaborative solutions which helped deliver such projects e.g. Rio Tinto Cape Lambert Rail Yard Upgrade and communication backbone improvement for signalling. Vijoy also developed a range of storage and distribution facilities such as a 10 million litre fuel storage for Brockman 40MW captive duel fuel Power Plant including future gas pipeline supply.

Vijoy has also been involved in various renewable energy projects as part of the promoters’ teams for 50MW solar power plant and 20MW waste to energy power plant in Perth, Western Australia.

Vijoy has also held senior management position within local government of Western Australia and has managed or represented City Councils on various Policy initiatives and/or as a part of Stakeholders’ Board reviewing various projects e.g. Kwinana Freeway Bridge Duplication and Swan River Trust.
